All conference attendees need to register.
The Full registration fee includes preprints, visiting tour, banquet, lunches and coffee breaks from May 30 to June 1.
The Student registration fee includes preprints, lunches and coffee breaks from May 30 to June 1. Banquet and visiting tour are not included as well as it is not allowed to upload a paper accepted to the conference.
For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors has to be registered to the conference with full registration
fees. Each full registration is free to upload one (1) paper. Each extra paper upload will require an additional cost.
Final manuscripts are limited to six (6) pages. Each page in excess of six (6) will incur an additional charge of EUR 50, up to a maximum of two (2) additional pages.
Registration fees are refundable of 50% for administration charges, for cancellation before May 11 2018. No refund is due after such date. All refunds will be handled after the Conference is over.

Please state in the transfer the following data: “WODES 2018 – Paper No. X – Name of the attendee”. For attendees who have no submissions, please write "WODES 2018 – Paper No.0 – Name of the attendant".
After you finish the transfer, please as soon as possible send us to wodes2018@unisa.it a copy of the bank transfer receipt, and please provide the following information in the email: First name and Surname of the attendee, and the affiliation of the attendee. For attendees who have submissions please also provide the following information about your submissions: Paper Submission Number, Paper Title, and Number of Its Pages.
In case extra fees (extra paper uploads, extra page charge, extra banquet tickets) applies, a single payment is possible but you must describe in the email the payment details.
Registration is not complete until the proof of the payment has been acknowledged by the conference organizers.
Invitation Letters Invitation letters are sent to authors of accepted papers and attendees that have payed the registration fee. Send an email to wodes2018@unisa.it with your full name, title, affiliation, full address, passport number and paper submission number (if any).
Wodes 2018 attendees can book a room at Towers Hotel Stabiae Sorrento Coast where the conference will be held at
the special rate of 120 EUR/day including breakfast for an individual use; double use of room requires an additional fee of 20 EUR/day.
Student attendees can book a room at the special rate of 70 EUR/day including breakfast, but each room will be occupied and must be reserved by two conference attendees. Exclusive use requires an additional fee of 50 EUR/day.
The special rates above has been valid until April 15 for the period from May 26th to June 3rd. From April 15 on you should check the rate and room availability with the hotel. If the room is not available in the conference hotel, you can find on Booking a solution in Castellammare di Stabia or Vico Equense, that are 10 minutes far by car/taxi from the conference hotel.
To reserve a room an email must be sent to info@towershotelsorrento.com making clear in the mail object that you are a WODES 2018 attendee to obtain the special rate. Moreover, please fill in the reservations and credit card details form to secure the booking with a credit card number and the expiration date and send the filled form as an attachment to the reservation email to the hotel.
Rooms are reserved until April 15th.
